This is a spa not nail salon--nails are an after thought. "Spa" pedicure is just a regular pedicure but at premium rates. Nails are done in the cramped, hot basement. Very uncomfortable set up with a bench (not chair) and prop your leg up with a plastic kiddie stool. Not enough soak time, which made it painful when my feet were scrubbed/exfoliated because they hadn't had enough time to soften. On a positive note, the nail polish came out nice. Was hurried out when I asked to dry more than 10 min
I arrived on time but my manicure started more than 5 minutes late. My manicurist initially thought I was having a pedicure but I had to tell her I was having a manicure. The manicure was rushed and the hand massage lasted less than 2 minutes. My 30 minute appointment lasted 15 minutes and when I complained that I paid for a 30 minute appointment, the manicurist said that 30 minutes was just a guide.
