Terrible: I booked 90min Swedish massage but it seemed to be a deep tissue massage. I checked and the masseuse said she had ‘forgotten how to do a Swedish massage’ and was ‘worried about filling 90mins’. Since we’d already started I said ok to deep tissue instead. I’m used to deep tissue and have a high tolerance for pressure but it was too hard. I kept having to tell her not so hard and she said she was used to massaging men not women and ‘can’t control her hands’. Unacceptable for £80.

The lady was really nice but unfortunately the quality of my gel manicure was poor. It got chipped after one day and just the varnishing wasn’t nice overall :(
