I really liked the overall end result however while drilling my cuticles, 4 of them were cut and bled in the process - one of which is now infected! Nothing was said at the time or any treatment or apology provided so unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

I have had great experience before but this time was made to wait 40 minutes and the nail colour has started to lift in parts and as no top coat was applied it's become a bit mat.

Love my nails. I had a gel overlay with BIAB and the application was done with great care. The only downside was a 45-minute delay, which could have been an issue if I had another appointment. Overall, very pleased.
