I booked in for a basic bikin wax which was clarified at the start of the wax, after the treatment had been finished I went to pay to be told that an extended wax had been done. Not once did I ask for this or informed that that’s what was getting done ! I was then told that it would be an extra cost for something that I never asked for, wasn’t very happy and reluctantly paid for it as i seemingly “asked for it” which wasn’t the case!
