Cannot rate 'Lily' as she was not my technician. Unfortunately had to go back a few times as the gel had not cured properly. The technician did fix my manicure same day and was nice about it. It was the quickest manicure I've had (both first time and fix time) and my cuticles were caught with the file. Whilst it was relatively cheap, I don't think I'll go back again.
