I asked for acrylic ombre but I guess the lady didn’t understand me and I had to get gel polish although she offered to remove it because I didn’t have time to start again. The shape was off, a bit wide and gel polish reached the cuticle and side of the nails so it looks bad. They don’t use new files for each client, just reuse them. The lady was nice and welcoming but I won’t be back or recommend it.
