I've just started my laser hair removal sessions, so I can't comment on the effectiveness yet. It's an unusual sensation (almost like someone very lightly dragging pins across your skin), but it does not hurt during or after. Nancy is wonderful. She's great to chat with and very reassuring before, during, and after the session. She's also great at communicating what she's doing during the laser removal, and even does a countdown before she starts. I'm completely at ease in her salon.
