They were in two and both of them didn’t know how to do the wax. They just broken my hair. First and last time. 👎🏽

Wax was fine, however was left waiting. When it was 15 minutes past when my appointment I enquired what was happening & was told to sit down. I asked how much longer, again told to sit down. When 25 minutes late we started, the therapist left half way through to answer a question about pedicures with me still with my lower half exposed. Not great!
