I had to ask for more eyelashes to be applied however I really liked the fact she explained to me why she could not add extra lashes to a part of eyelashes.

Worst parlour ever.I went for keratin hair treatment here and after the 1st wash my hair looked as frizzy as before the treatment. I spent 70 pounds for nothing.When I reported they did not bother to deal with my issue.Please stay away and do not get cheated.

I had my nails and a wax done here. The wax was good although much more painful than any other previous wax I have had as I don't think she was letting the wax dry properly. My nails were terrible. I complained multiple times during the treatment and was met with a terrible attitude from the lady doing my nails. She did attempt to fix them and put on a top coat (only after I complained multiple times) but an hour and 45 mins after I sat down to have my gel manicure I had to leave with nails still so wet and so uneven that I took them off as soon as I got home!
