If you have been to a real hammam before, this will not meet your expectations. The scrub doesn't work at all. Disappointed.

Not a great experience. Felt like the staff rushed the wax and kept running out of the room to deal with other customers. Untidy room because the floors were sticky from wax of previous customers. The therapist also re-dipped the used spatula back into the warm wax pot, throughout my whole wax.

I got my legs waxed and after leaving at getting home only then did I noticed how much hair was still left on my legs , I have patches of hair all over my legs . The lighting is clearly poor as I myself did not notice the amount of hairs left on my legs until I got home .

This place is a shambles. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment only for my appointment to be cancelled. I was told different things on three seperate occassions as to why my appointment was cancelled. I then was told if i wanted to rebook i would have to wait a futher 3/4 weeks... there was no appology when i said it was terrible service i was asked ‘ do you want an appointment or not’ the customer service was disgusting.
