I arrived early, was told I could start early but the client who had an appointment before me arrived late, and the staff completed her treatment before mine and my 30 minute pedicure started over 10 mins late. The pedicure took over 40 mins, without drying, and the quality was poor, with very little removal of hard skin etc; it was essentially a foot soak and nail paint. I had to rush for a lunch booking. The place itself looked nice, but was quite dirty in places.

I think the experience was slightly tainted by the twenty minutes it took me to explain that I bought the spa experience for me but my friend will come & use steam room during the same time meaning more money for them during the same time.. took a lot of time to grasp it despite me calling the manager beforehand.. apart from that the steam room is superb gets really hot though.. the massage was standard this time ; but the facial was very good.. I hope next time they take an accurate record of bookings because this place could be quite exceptional! my friend was more impressed though and we did leave with glowing skin.
