Disappointing, had booked for a Hammam body scrub, body mask, massage and steam room, thought it was going to be an atmospheric Moroccan spa but all we got was a massage and the steam room was broken. Was told when we got there that our appointment has been cancelled by voicemail but all I had on my phone was a text and an email reminding me about my appointment date and time. We had travelled 90 minutes to get to the 'so called Spa' and it was a gift for my sisters birthday ☹️😡
