This may sound very dramatic but it’s not! Please listen to all the bad reviews on here. First of all the salon is very cramped and poorly laid out. I got a Hollywood wax which was the worst wax I have ever got in my whole life. Their wax is very poor quality, which you could say is down to their pricing however I have had cheaper waxes and their wax was better than this. I kept telling the lady the wax was too hot - I have never had an issue with wax being too hot before. It was too the point that my whole bikini was still stinging hours later and the area has blistered. She started using strip wax while the hot wax was “cooling down” which i was not happy about because strip wax is very painful when your hair is coarse like mine. She kept mentioning how coarse my hair is as if it was a massive issue but I have never had anyone complaining about it like this before. She used such massive strips of hot wax that it was excruciating and despite her going over the area numerous times, I am still left with a lot of stray hairs. She also kept using the same stick to apply the wax which is not only unhygienic but it is also messy. The wax was everywhere and stuck all over my legs.
