I had an appointment on Thursday 19th March and the clinic was closed, I went Friday and today Saturday and the same. I understand the current situation about Covid-19 but surely they should email or text clients to let them know that the clinic is closed... I tried to email them or call them and nobody replies, the email doesn't even work! I paid upfront for 10 laser sessions and now I'm so concerned that they've just taken my money and run away. Any other person with the same experience?
