5 stars for the staff customer service and friendliness. The salon is also nice and clean. However i was disappointed with my eyelash extensions. The reason for getting them done is to enhance and lengthen my own lashes however my lash extensions are the same length if not shorter than my own lashes. There are not a lot of lashes on each eye either considering it took the technician 3 hours instead of 2 to complete. I did ask for natural look but didnt expect so natural that id still have to wear mascara to lengthen them. I do believe it is down to the tachnician being inexperienced hence the length of time it took, lashes used and end result.

The staff were so friendly and very accommodating (we were running a bit late). I had an eyebrow threading while I was there and my brows are the best they’ve ever been. The lash lift was good but I should have asked for my lashes to be more curly but it was my first time so didn’t know what to expect. Will definitely be going back.
Fantastic service stuff was all absolutely wonderful. Treatment room was lovely so relaxing. All my treatments was 5 star will recommend and be back very soon. Amazing. So happy to have found you xx Sarah
