my first time there and certainly wont be my last. finally a local salon/spa nearby. i was dreading having my eyes closed for an hour for the lashlift, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed even gt a shoulder massage. staff were welcoming and friendly. was happy with result.

I had an apt booked for 4.40 and was seen for my appointment 40 mins after that. The point of booking an appointment is to be seen on time, 40 mins delay is outrageous. After that, a massage that was supposed to be 1 hour only lasted 45 minutes so my treatment was cut my 25 mins. I would not recommend any one come here for a massage, the point is it is supposed to be a relaxing experience but this was everything EXCEPT relaxing.

The salon and staff are lovely. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the gel pedicure I had was fantastic - one of the best I’ve had.
However, the gel manicure I received chipped in one day and one nail peeled off after two days.
I had the treatment on Saturday and on Tuesday I had to go and have a completely new gel manicure at an alternative salon as the original treatment was unsatisfactory.
I have emailed the salon to inform them if this but have had no response.
