I had an apt booked for 4.40 and was seen for my appointment 40 mins after that. The point of booking an appointment is to be seen on time, 40 mins delay is outrageous. After that, a massage that was supposed to be 1 hour only lasted 45 minutes so my treatment was cut my 25 mins. I would not recommend any one come here for a massage, the point is it is supposed to be a relaxing experience but this was everything EXCEPT relaxing.
Seen on time, clean and nice environment. Hollywood wax was completed gently and efficiently. Would go again

The salon and staff are lovely. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the gel pedicure I had was fantastic - one of the best I’ve had.
However, the gel manicure I received chipped in one day and one nail peeled off after two days.
I had the treatment on Saturday and on Tuesday I had to go and have a completely new gel manicure at an alternative salon as the original treatment was unsatisfactory.
I have emailed the salon to inform them if this but have had no response.

I enjoyed my swedish massage. The masseuse was great but my one complaint is that I was not on a proper massage table with a face hole. This meant that while on my front, my neck was twisted to the side which was uncomfortable, and distracted from the lovely relaxing massage I was recieving. This of course means that my body was not lying flat while my back and shoulders were being massaged.
