Overall a lovely experience and would come again however, the description of the facial stated there would be extraction which didn’t happen and would’ve like this so was a little disappointed.
Staff was very polite and friendly and the venue clean. The wax was really good and pain free. However, I had a gel manicure which was not good at all. Nails start chipping the next day, so I had to remove and book an appointment with another beauty salon. Completely waste of money, I feel disappointed

my first time there and certainly wont be my last. finally a local salon/spa nearby. i was dreading having my eyes closed for an hour for the lashlift, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed even gt a shoulder massage. staff were welcoming and friendly. was happy with result.
Perfect service with super friendly staff. Would be better if they served more than water to make one feel at ease and go through each step.
