Came away quite unhappy with the look of my brows, felt like I wasn't consulted enough, and went somewhere else to get them redone. The lady doing it had a cold - not her fault but I now have it, so that hasn't added to the experience.

Would not recommend a wax here. The lady was 30mins late, i had to ask for the used paper on the bed to be changed, the wax was burning hot, the wax stick was dropped on the floor and she kept pulling it off before it was even set which made it messy and painful.

Pedicure was all fine, manicure looks like it has too many layers. Cuticles on hand nails not done very well. Wouldn't really recommend, despite the nice ambiance.
