Only thing I could complaint about is that there was nobody in reception and I waited there a long time wondering where everyone was . My treatment also started 20 min after schedule.

Although the place had a lovely, relaxing vibe to it, the overall experience was not what I expected. It was difficult to locate the place, but even on arriving 7 mins late I was informed they were running 5-10 mins behind schedule. I waited patiently. It was not till 25 minutes later that they began the job. Staff are really friendly but also unusually slow. I trusted that given the time spent on the job, their attention to detail would be great! Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I went home to find some areas done exceptionally well, and then others done poorly with many obvious stray hairs...The place has potential but need to improve their timekeeping and ensure quality provided is more consistent.
