Friendly and warm staff, cute and petite salon with a dedication to carry out all treatments. Their customers seemed pretty happy and I was over the moon. The lady who did my hair was very kind, patient and gave her expert advice. She stripped the colour off my hair and applied an all round coverage to dye my hair 2 shades lighter. I love it! I went for a fringe trim which was cut amazingly and just a straight trim at the back. Just a few pointers, I did ask for my split ends off but have quite a few left. The stylist should have pointed this out as I can't see them at the back! But bless her, I did say I didn't want to go too short so maybe that's why. Also, there was a problem on the day and my appointment was pushed back a few hours. It would have been nice to have something offered to make up for the inconvenience as I did redshift my afternoon plans. Maybe an extra treatment or some money off.. But apart from this, all good! Wishes to the manager, I hope she has had a successful and healthy birth! Lots of love and I will be back!!!

Great price, quick, and thorough! Good experience with the facial wax. Beautician removed those difficult hairs with thread afterwards which I don't get in other places.

This isn’t LVL but a cheaper offbrand. They refused to cut and dye my hair because I’m black. Another black lady came in for a spa appointment whilst I was there and they refused to serve her too.

Honestly, I loved it. The staff (especially the owner) were all just lovely. They made sure everything was perfect and my lashes ended up BEAUTIFUL. Definitely will be going back for a lash lift and loads of other things that they provide. Thank you guys!!!
