The most horrendous experience I have ever had : incompetent staff who doesn't know the basics of hairdressing. I booked an appointment for balayage, cut and blow dry and ended up having all my hair coloured, no hair cut and blow drying hair by myself as the stylist was already busy with another client. After complaining to the manager that the hairdresser ruined my hair she suggested that I pay half of the price as I was not happy with the result. A shocking experience which i will never forget and need to pay double the price in order to fix my hair. The salon should not offer hairdressing services as the staff is fully inexperienced.

Absolutely brilliant experience.
Fariya is too good at waxing. She ensured that I am comfortable during the service. I forgot the name of the person did my back massage, she is also too good. I love the overall experience and looking forward to visit again. Thanks

Went to get an LVL lash lift and on my left eye half of the lashes haven been curved in one direction, and the other half are barely curved. The place is all right, value is good and the girls are fine however I wasn't impressed by the results.
