The staff were very friendly and chatty but it took them really long to do my legs and underarms, roughly around 1hour. Also when I came home I saw my lower legs above my ankles were not done properly on both legs so I was really disappointed by it especially since it took them so long and

The therapist arrived 20min late for my appointment, and didn't offer any explanation. However the wax itself was adequate the front of house was lovely.
