Waxing was excellent, will definitely be returning for this service regularly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ensured it was basically painless.
Wet mani/pedi was not great, though staff was very kind I don’t think this was part of her normal job. Patches in application, v limited colour selection, no topcoat, didn’t push back cuticles or anything. I ended up taking off polish when next day as it has already chipped. To be fair she did spend more time on pedi, which was okay.
I’m definitely coming back here but strictly for waxing.

I booked a Russian style extensions. When I arrived I got told they do not have them in stock. So I decided to get the only ones they had left done. Which I think was called minks.they originaly cost £28 compared to £40 for russian ones. Anyway at the end of my treatment I got charged £40 , but clearly not received the product I paid for. I didnt feel like arguing as it is not my style, so just paid and left. To be honest how my lashes look now I could of done better job using mascara.
Definately not happy.

I was welcomed by a lovely lady named Dhruti I had a hot Thai massage with facial and the atmosphere was wonderful. She was very welcoming and understood my needs and worked on areas which needed more attention. Although I was late to the appointment she still delivered exceptional service. I will definitely be back here.
