Hira was such a lovely friendly person. She phoned me before the appointment to confirm my booking and when I arrived she was very efficient and professional, explaining what she would do and what I needed to do! While making my feet and nails look and feel wonderful, she continued to chat and made me feel very relaxed. I will definitely book again!
