Bit of a health and safety nightmare! Very busy indeed and lots of people stood up in the way. Down in the basement it was worse. There’s a random sink where hair is washed and not cleaned between people. Hair everywhere. Towels not cleaned and v filthy and wet.
If you have an appointment - it doesn’t matter, doesn’t work like that. You are seen when you can make yourself known! The ladies v sweet and hard working. Brilliant braids - very talented and quick.
