no order in regards to appointments everyone just told to wait- waited over an hour and there was at least 7 people waiting at a time. No one knew who did or didn’t have an appointment, the stylist didn’t know what I had booked

War zone… my booking became an option as there was a queue of walk-ins outside ‘managed’ by whoever knew what was going on. My level of stress went through the roof as I wasn’t expecting that at all. 😵‍💫
