Omg I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was nice and very understanding. I was really late to my appointment and they still allowed me to come ( but don’t be late ). Rawaha did a fantastic job on my hair . She washed really throughly, it felt like a massage! I loved my hair and will definitely be going back!! And the prices are great as well!

My hairdresser was away so i was looking for somewhere local. The salon wasn't expecting me so I had to wait 45mins for the hairdresser to come. When she did arrive she was able to do my hair quite quickly however it wasn't to the standard I expected - the braid pattern meant my sew-in was bulky and then I was charged an extra £10 for styling which 1) should have been mentioned on Treatwell that styling your hair is not included (I can't imagine how you would walk out of a salon with your hair being half finished) 2) they should have made clear it was an extra cost before she started styling it.
