The braids and haircut was excellent I have been here a few times before. My only complaint is that the prices are not explicitly stated & had to pay extra. Would be helpful if there was an option to pay the correct amount for haircut & braids online. Other than that great job.

I had an appointment at 5:30 and the shop was full of people. I get my appointment at the arrangement time and some other people waiting long time.

Communication was very poor. I accept that we were a bit late but when we arrived I asked if it was still okay to get hair cut or if we should rebook. I was told that it was okay and ended waiting for an hour with no communication whatsoever. By the time we did get the chair my son was agitated which then frustrated the barber
