Communication was very poor. I accept that we were a bit late but when we arrived I asked if it was still okay to get hair cut or if we should rebook. I was told that it was okay and ended waiting for an hour with no communication whatsoever. By the time we did get the chair my son was agitated which then frustrated the barber

Took my 5yr old grandson, booked in advance online, very smooth..Dereje was very friendly, he seated my grandson in the booster seat even b4 my 1pm appointment..great service..great haircut!!
