When I arrived the place looked like a barbers as there were only men getting their haircut. My hairdresser turned up 20mins later but I wasnt informed she was running late.
My hairdresser took me downstairs when she came and washed my hair. Glad she wet my hair before detangling. My hair was uneven prior to the trim but after the cut was still longer on one side as she just cut the same about off all around without a final check. She was gentle with my hair and was friendly

my son usually gets nervous when cutting his hair had a few disasters. He said how quick it was to get it done has taken an hour before. Great cut, busy salon and welcoming staff. Thanks so much

I couldn't get hold of any staff members for two days. When I booked for the hair treatment, I only could book for one of my daughters. We had to wait over 3 hours for them to finish. Although I've been there many times before, I felt tthat the staff were very slow and inattentive to the customers needs and time schedules. When it was time to pay, I noticed that my daughters didn't have any hair bands and the staff member refused to listen to me when I was trying to tell him to return the change.
