The hair stylist was quite rude to us. She told me off for not combining my daughters hair before treatment. I've been visiting the hair salon with my children for almost 2 years and I have paid them a lot of money for their service. I was very upset of her behaviour towards us. Also, I had asked them (the hair stylists) to make a specific hair style for my daughters; two out of thee didn't do the hair style that I had asked for. I don't believe I'll be visiting this hair salon in the future!

Only one problem the hairdresser in the seat next to mine left water spillage on the chair and floor and did not clean up. I was asked to sit in that area at the end of my treatment but my stylist had to clean the water off the chair and the water on the floor was left. A hazard for slipping.
My hair was perfect. No complaints.

Great experience. I received compliments from strangers as soon as I left the salon. Felt the price and experience was worth the visit.
