I got a call an hour before saying they couldn't do my hair because they don't do single braids on Fridays and Saturdays because it takes too long. The person on the phone was very rude and dismissive of what I was saying. I tried to explain that I booked this appointment 2/3 days prior and they could've let me know after I had initially booked it or at least 24 hrs. Went to NW because they cancelled so last minute and nowhere had availability. Very unprofessional and no apology. Rude!

SHE TWISTED MY DREADS THE WRONG WAY NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE STATES AND GET IT RE TWIST THE RIGHT WAY! THEN SHE DIDNT USE NO HAIR PRODUCTS BUT GEL, WE USE HONEY BACK HOME, HONEY. thanks.
