The place is very dirty, they made me wait for one hour for my appointment and did a very poor job on braids. I had to rebook in another saloon to do them again because they won’t hold. The practitioner was not really speaking English so it was hard to explain her what I want.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hairdressers in my entire life. The shop was loud and dirty, the woman cut my hair unevenly and didn't part it - she just put it all to the back and cut it in a straight line. She was on the phone, distracted, combing my ears and scratching me throughout. She has made a mess of my hair and I am so angry even writing this. avoid this place at all costs
