My son had his hair styled by Selam she done a great job and completed his hair quicker than I expected. My 2nd time coming to 3D and was not disappointed at all!

I was very happy to see the amount of diversity in the salon but when I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes, after I had an appointment booked. No apology. Just was told to “have a seat” (waiting area).
The manager approached me with quite some aggression. I had to ask him who is he talking to, because I didn’t appreciate the tone. Especially as I was waiting with no explanation or even a sorry.
But the young lady who did my hair (can’t remember her name - nose pierced) was AMAZING! Thank you!
