Arrived for appointment to find the salon closed. Called the number and no one answered, eventually a female answered who was clearly asleep and I explained we were waiting and no one was there and shop was closed. She said to wait and they would come. Waited 20 mins but no one came, called repeatedly and no answer, emailed, no answer.. in the end we left and still there has been no text/email/call back to explain or apologise. Extremely unprofessional
