My appointment was at 11am, I was told to sit and wait for over an hour. During that time at around 11.40am a male member of staff (manager) came up to ask what I wanted done, it turns out I had bought the wrong extensions, despite me calling several times to ask more information about the type of extensions i needed prior to my appointment.
The hair stylists are very efficient and skilled but the overall hygiene and cleanness is awful. Tools are re-used on many customers without cleaning.

My hair wasn’t finished, it was done only halfway of the braids, it looked like a pick and drop hairstyle and in the middle of getting my hair done she told me to sit down somewhere else to do someone’s else hair. It was so chaotic, and I paid £120 for half my braids done if I knew it was like that I wouldn’t have ever paid the £120, £75 at the least for the hair.
