The shop was overwhelmed with people, a clear fire/health/safety issue: over 50 people in the small store. They were behind on time, & the staff had no idea who was next to be seen. The staff didn’t speak to customers they spoke amongst themselves in their native language: rude/unprofessional. The awful hairdresser ripped clumps of hair from my son’s hair and ignored him when he told her it hurt. The hygiene was bad, hair all over the floor, I saw them reuse dirty towels on customers. NeverAgain
