Really bizarre experience. Turned up to my prepaid and booked appointment and they looked almost annoyed? They whispered between themselves for a bit before deciding to go ahead - no idea on what. Then they whispered to each other weirdly in front of me the whole time. It was also the longest gel removal I’ve had in my life and my nails look damaged now due to her scraping technique. They also charged me £5 just to have them shorter. Terrible experience

This was my first brow lamination, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Nur was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the procedure throughout the treatment, which made me feel completely at ease.
The brow mapping and consultation were excellent, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The treatment itself was fantastic, and it's definitely worth having it done in the salon. I'm very happy with the fluffy brow results!
