Good manicure, but my BIAB infill with solid gel colour took 1 hour 45 minutes. Despite the amount of time, there were some bumps and ridges on 2 nails. The salon had a lovely ambience and is local to me so I probably will return.

Extremely disappointing pedicure experience. First red flag: they didn’t soak my feet at all — just went straight to filing on dry skin, which was uncomfortable and felt completely unprofessional. Then, instead of using remover for my regular nail polish, the technician used a drill on my natural nails. Totally unnecessary and potentially damaging. She pinched the skin around my toes multiple times while working, which left a burning sensation by the end. Not worth the money.
