K was fantastic! extremely thorough professional + lovely! 10/10 on lashes. I confirmed I wanted tint on bottom lashes too. Upon leaving she handed me over to another staff member who asked for payment. I said I’d prepaid online She said bottom lashes were extra £. She confirmed ‘top lashes only’ was not written in the description. I said I thought that was unclear/misleading. She didn’t care/apologise + kept repeating I had to pay £15 extra. I felt awkward so paid but don’t think this was fair
