Really bizarre experience. Turned up to my prepaid and booked appointment and they looked almost annoyed? They whispered between themselves for a bit before deciding to go ahead - no idea on what. Then they whispered to each other weirdly in front of me the whole time. It was also the longest gel removal I’ve had in my life and my nails look damaged now due to her scraping technique. They also charged me £5 just to have them shorter. Terrible experience

I have lost all thickness in nails after this removal and the top of my nails are so rough I could grate Parmesan with them if they weren’t so soft now.
