Genuinely awful experience. I booked gel mani + smart pedi and was there nearly 4 hours. During the pedicure, Solya cut the side of my big toe doing cuticle work; it bled heavily, got on the salon slider and couldn’t be finished. I left with an open wound, pain walking and one toenail bare. They still asked for £7 extra and handled it dismissively. A pedicure should not end in blood, injury and an unfinished toe. I would actively avoid.

Such a relaxing, welcoming place (unheard of in most of Hackney). Amazing value for money, and free nail oil which I’ve been using everyday since.
Have had SO many compliments on my nails, with every single person asking where I had them done.
Beyond highly recommend- 33 Beauty will now be my go to for mani/pedi’s
