The facial itself was very good and done very professionally, however, I felt my experience was let down by a number of things. My facial was 10-15 mins late which was frustrating especially as my appointment had already been moved times by the salon. Whilst having the facial the room was very bright, the music stopped playing half way through and I could constantly here people talking and laughing loudly outside the room. The place itself could also do with a little bit of doing up, it’s quite run down. This unfortunately resulted in my experience not being very relaxing and I will not return again to this beauty salon as I do not feel the experience was worth the value of the treatment.

A very thorough wax and genuinely the least painful I've ever had! Hot wax was used for the back too whereas some salons use strip which I've never understood! thanks for a great experience.
