Good: was able to change my appointment to a more convenient time. Bad: left a few patches of hair, which I needed to address at home, I had wax strings all over my lower body, pretty messy, needed to remove many bits of wax at home myself.

I was seen as soon as I arrived, Alex was very friendly, she did a great job of my wax, very quick. Salon wasn't busy which was nice. During my treatment we were interrupted twice by the same member of staff, Alex was very apologetic but I thought it was unprofessional of her colleague knowing Alex was with a client.
