The lady did not turn up. I was there five minutes before my appointment. 15 minutes after she rang to say she had overslept and not heard her alarm. I have paid for this service in advance.
The beautician gave me the phone number of the manager and I rang to no avail. I do not wish to come back and I want my money back. Unprofessional!! Does not deserve one star but it won’t let me give zero...what a waste of my busy time!
