Before my eyebrow wax I told Alejandra that I have very sensitive skin and that she needs to be careful when waxing my brows as the skin tears easily. I have had appointments with other beauticians who have listened to my request and been very careful and accommodating. Alejandra however did not take in a word and I was left to go home with incredibly swollen eyebrows, and she had torn the skin leaving me with a scar underneath my eyebrow. It is not hard to listen to the customer.. We know our skin! If other beauticians can manage to be careful and avoid causing me this pain then I don't see why she couldn't. Not to mention when she handed me the mirror to see if it was okay I noticed straight away that she had left one eyebrow thicker than the other!! I asked her to fix this which she did and it looked good afterwards. In saying all of this I like she colour and shape that she did, however I will not go back to Alejandra again and I was not happy paying 22 pounds for this experience!!!
