no one is there when you arrive you just have to sit there, then manicure takes place in a small treatment room which is obviously used for waxing etc when no manicures being done, just feels squashed. Staff were lovely but came away pretty disappointed with nails, i could have done them, polish is uneven in thickness with some bits of the nail darker than others and also too much polish on cuticles and bits around nail, just looked messy.
