I normally have had very good experiences here but today was really disappointing, when I arrived there was an older man also in the waiting area and the girl behind the desk announced the wax treatment I was having really loudly, there was no need for this, especially in front of a male customer and felt very embarrassing and unprofessional. When the treatment started the door to the treatment room was left open, which made me feel very uncomfortable and half way through the treatment another customer walked in the room asking to make an appointment, again this was very embarrassing as I was mid-treatment. The therapist then left me on the table, with wax on me, to go and make her an appointment. I’m sure the customer would not have walked in the treatment room if the door was closed and I think it was very poor service to then leave me and go and attend to that customer. I will use the salon again but will be choosing a different therapist in future, this was an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
