I go here all the time and it's normally really good and great value for money. But the shellac pedicure I had was terrible, they didn't trim my cuticles or file my nails, the result was squint toenails with jaggy edges. This won't stop me going back but I wasn't too impressed.

The girl that did my waxing didn't even talk to me and had a sour face the whole time. If I hadn't taken it upon myself to stretch my skin I would have been bleeding and bruised afterwards. I also did not like the room that I had my waxing as it was a sliding door and anyone walking past was able to see in as much as I could see out. I won't be getting waxing done there again!

There's a lack of ambiance and the staff doesn't seem to care at all about their clients. The woman who performed my facial did not ask me any questions about my skin or what I would like to have done. The venue did not seem clean or professional. A few hours after my facial multiple bumps appeared on my face which have yet to go away. I would not recommend this place to anyone or go back. Frankly, I wish I could get a refund.
