Unfortunately despite having an appointment I had to wait 40 minutes as they were with another client. When I managed to get the wax there were several areas missed which I had to point out and they hadn’t properly heated the wax up so it wasn’t good

I've been here before and was really happy so was expecting the same this time. I booked biab and it was so poorly done, WAY too thick and lumpy. she fixed it a bit while there but I'm super unhappy with the result and want to remove after 2 days.

I paid £55 for a luxury gel pedicure which was listed as 1 hour 30. I had a basic gel pedicure with slightly messy gel polish application and was out within 35 minutes. Unfortunately not worth the money.

I’ve been here in the past and they are lovely: booking via Treatwell didn’t work. No one was there for my appointment. I turned up and the salon was shut. Have not received replies to my emails or answers to my voicemails despite already paying.
