I've been here before and was really happy so was expecting the same this time. I booked biab and it was so poorly done, WAY too thick and lumpy. she fixed it a bit while there but I'm super unhappy with the result and want to remove after 2 days.

I paid £55 for a luxury gel pedicure which was listed as 1 hour 30. I had a basic gel pedicure with slightly messy gel polish application and was out within 35 minutes. Unfortunately not worth the money.

I’ve been here in the past and they are lovely: booking via Treatwell didn’t work. No one was there for my appointment. I turned up and the salon was shut. Have not received replies to my emails or answers to my voicemails despite already paying.
